Installation Errors & Solutions

Below are common errors that may appear when installing the Minecraft APK and how to fix them.

Package Conflict / Existing Package Error

This error usually occurs when an older version of Minecraft is still installed on your device.

Possible Solutions:

• Remove the existing Minecraft app from your device.

• Delete the Minecraft data folder: com.mojang.minecraftpe located in Android/data using a file manager.

If you cannot access the Android/data folder, you can try one of the following methods:

1. Use a rooted device.
2. Use the Files app by Marc Apps & Software (available on the Play Store).
3. Use the Shizuku app (you can search on YouTube for tutorials).
4. Connect your device to a laptop or PC using a USB cable.
